Rob is an established real estate developer with a proven track record spanning over 30 years. He is best known for his 12 year leadership of the internationally regarded Battersea Power Station project.
Will is an urban regeneration expert having previously held the role of Head of Commercial for Wilson Bowden. Will is a pioneer of great placemaking and environmental and social development. Will leads Areli Developments urban regeneration projects.
Phil has enjoyed a successful career over 25 years managing residential and commercial projects across the UK and abroad. Most recently Phil completed the successful Paddington Sq office development at Paddington Station.
Previously at U+I PLC John led mixed-use regeneration proposals totalling in excess of £200m. John joined Areli Developments to focus on a number of key development, placemaking and transformation projects.
Adam is Areli’s in house Town Planning expert. Formally with the Savills planning team, Adam brings a wealth of experience to Areli, with particular focus upon London and the South East. Adam joined Areli Developments to help transform projects into place focused developments that put people at their heart.
Archie is Areli’s Developer Surveyor with a degree in Real Estate from Oxford Brooke’s University and with previous experience at Bruton Street Management and Fletcher King.
Ilias Kotzampasis was the founder of Omicron Capital. Previously he was a Corporate Finance Director at Related Argent responsible for capital raising and underwriting of development pipeline projects of £9bn. Prior to that, he worked as Investment Management Director at Battersea Power Station.
Adam is Areli’s Chief Operating Officer and has a long career spanning commerce, landed estates and the third sector. An accountant, project manager, HR manager, and an accredited mediator. Adam actively supports Areli’s development teams and manages the company’s finances and back-office.
Katherine founded VervLife in May 2021. Prior to this she was Director of BTR & PRS at Navana Property Group, where she developed and grew the Navana Build to Rent department. VervLife now have over 3,000 homes under management throughout the UK.
Jeremy leads the 40 strong Spike team from their HQ in Bournemouth. Jeremy was originally from a gaming background and is best known for his role creating Lara Croft and Tomb Raider. He is now focused on Spike Global which, over the last 8 years, has become one of the UK most successful proptech companies.
For more than 25 years, Lee’s marketing experience has spanned the financial services and property sectors where his clients have included, Barclays, Fidelity Investments, M&G, The Berkeley Group, Urban Splash and Battersea Power Station. He now heads up the marketing function at Areli.
