Located at the heart of Marsh Wall, proposals for the project will be a residential led scheme, with a mix of types of homes and tenures that will allow for a broad range of occupants to stay as long as they like. Social integration is at the heart of our vision. We will work to ensure that the proposals do not copy the existing model of residential buildings. Instead, we will create a space that welcomes the existing and new residents into our spaces, encouraging social integration and a space that everyone is proud of.
