In March 2022, Areli was appointed as Strategic Development Partner to the East Midlands Development Corporation. Our role is to help provide a robust vision and governance framework that will underpin this extraordinary project long into the future.
The project includes significant assets at Toton and Chetwynd, East Midlands Airport and Ratcliffe Power Station delivering over 20,000 new homes and circa 85,000 gross Full Time Equivalent jobs.
Areli live and breathe on the principles that differentiate the places they have created. They do this by taking an integrated and thoughtful approach to scalable development and infrastructure that has created world beating schemes such as Portsmouth’s Gunwharf Quays and Battersea Power Station.
